About Jane Robson

Jane arrived in New Zealand in 1995 from the UK following an extensive career in public relations. In New Zealand Jane took a position with one of New Zealand's largest corporate companies. She remained there for twelve years in a variety of roles. Jane balanced motherhood and full time work after her first child was born by employing a full time nanny. This was still a real challenge and at times she felt that it was hard to do both well. So it was not surprising when her second child arrived that Jane had to make the difficult decision on what took priority, work or home. Returning to full time work was no longer an option. What Jane really wanted was to find work that allowed her to have social interaction of a corporate nature, financial support, keep her skills current and the ability to work when and where it suited her. Today Jane oversees the running of TalentedMums.
